  • Fees vary by therapist and service. Because our therapists operate independently within the practice, each clinician sets their own rates. Pricing may differ for individual therapy, group programs, supervision, and educational workshops. Some therapists offer a limited number of sliding scale spaces. Please refer to each therapist’s profile or contact us for more information about current fees.

Many of our services are eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits. Coverage varies depending on your insurance provider and plan.

Because our therapists operate independently and hold different professional designations, it is the client’s responsibility to check with their insurance provider to confirm whether their services are covered under your plan.

After each session, you will receive a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

  • Your first session is an opportunity for you and your therapist to get to know each other and begin exploring what has brought you to therapy. Your therapist will ask questions about your current concerns, your goals for therapy, and some background information to better understand your experiences.

You are welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions about the therapy process and decide whether the therapist feels like a good fit for you. Together, you and your therapist will begin to identify goals and discuss how therapy may support you moving forward.

Session length can vary depending on the therapist and type of service, but a typical therapy session is 50 minutes. The frequency of sessions is decided collaboratively between you and your therapist based on your needs, goals, and availability.

  • Our therapists offer a variety of session formats, including in-person, virtual (video), phone, and walk-and-talk sessions. Together, you and your therapist can decide which format works best for you. This can also change from session to session depending on your needs, preferences, and circumstances.
